Double Room in Spacious House Available

Hello.
I am looking to let out one of my spare rooms in my 3 bed house. It is a spacious double room complete with double bed, wardrobe, and desk with desk chair.
I do live at the property but spend pretty much every night away at my partner's (30 mins away) and so you will have the vast majority of evenings and nights to yourself and can enjoy the whole house (which has a lovely garden too).
I do come back to the house to work 3 days a week (from the other spare room) and stay the occasional night when needed. I go to my office in Birmingham 2 days a week to work.
There is room to park your car next to mine on the drive.
I'd consider a postgrad student or a professional person.
The house is in Coundon; 10 min walk to Holyhead Road Morrisons. There is a bus stop right outside the house.
All bills included and I will look at getting in a cleaner every fortnight (included in cost)
I can't promise how long this will be available for as at some point (likely next year) I will be renting the whole house out; but it will be on a rolling contract with at least 4 week's notice. I'll draw up a contract for review.
I do ask for a small deposit. just to cover any breakages.
