Furnished double bedroom with ensuite for rent

Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate to live with me in this apartment as my current flatmate is moving away.
The room to be let is a double room, with a big bed, spacious wardrobe, a window that opens wide, and an ensuite which has a walk in shower.
We will be sharing the kitchen and the living room. There are plenty drawers to store your kitchen things and the sofa in the living room has been replaced (it is different from the one in the pictures). The front wall of the living room is a big window with a Juliet Balcony, so we get plenty sunshine and wind circulation :)
We have a washing machine and a dishwasher as well.
The bills are not inclused in the rent. Ususlly, I pay around £60-75 every month for electricity, water and internet, depending on the useage that month.
The whole building is quiet, as there are working families living in other apartments. The main gate and the second gate has a fob access, so that people without access cannot come inside the apartment complex. Our apartment is on the second floor, and we have elevators in the building.
The location is quite central; a 7 minute walk to Coventry train station, a 5 minute walk to the city centre, Pure gym and JD gym are a 5-7 minute walk away and Coventry university library is around 15 minutes walk away.
There is a bus station right outside the main gate, and there are great Greek and Indian restaurants and a cute cafe 2 minutes' walk away.

About me, I am a student and I go to the University everyday and like to stay active. I would expect my potential flatmate to be friendly, respectful of the flat and keep things tidy.
