I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract until 31st August.
If you like the property, you can speak with the reception to extend your contract beyond August.
It is suitable for both professionals and students.

The property itself is named 33 Parkside and is only a short walk to city centre (5 mins) and nearest bus stop (4 mins).

The room is equipped with its own private shower and kitchen. It also has a smart TV with Netflix. Any maintenance issues which you face will be fixed on the same day if you report it to reception. There is a maintenance guy and 2 lovely and super helpful receptionists onsite between 9-5.
There is also a night manager who is here from 7 pm until early morning. They are also able to collect parcels on your behalf if you’re not present at the property.

The windows are super large and allows for a lot of daylight to enter the room and there is a nice view of the ring road.

The room itself is super spacious and has ample storage room. It has underbed storage, bedside table, 4 cupboards as wardrobe with a hanging rack, 3 cupboards and drawer cabinet by the desk and 4 cupboards in the kitchen.

There is a communal area downstairs with sofas, tv, kitchen, pool table, and table tennis where you can bring your friends, as well as free gym and cinema room.

At the top of the building, there is a roof terrace with nice views of the city.

You are also allowed guests to stay overnight.
