I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Singer Hall student residence which runs until 30/08/2024. Bills (Hot Water, Electric, Contents Insurance and Wi-Fi) are included in the rent.

Rent: £70/week inclusive of bills
Facilities: All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. The apartment complex has 24-hour security, a front desk to receive parcels, and a fully equipped laundry room.
Transportation: It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Coventry centre and bus stations which connect to the University of Warwick.
Food and Drink: A 5-10 minute walk takes you to all the large supermarkets and restaurants in the city centre (Coop, Starbucks, M&S, Sainsbury's, McDonald's, KFC, Five Guys, and more)
