I am looking for a mature, tidy lodger to take the double bedroom with ensuite. It is a really bright and spacious flat.
There is use of a parking space with the flat.
I work away a lot so would not suit someone who does not like to stay alone or is looking to socialise with housemates daily, perfect for someone who likes their own space.
Non smokers only please and no pets as apartment has just been fully redecorated and furnished.
Public transport and shops very close by (2 minute walk away).
Happy to discuss start and end dates - can be flexible for short and long term.
