My daughter has unfortunately signed the lease for 2024/25 as she had originally planned to stay in Code. However she has now decided to move in with her boyfriend and so the room is no longer required.

This means I need to replace with a new tenant. I have already paid the security deposit on the room and I am willing to pay the first 2 weeks rent for the new tenant.

The room is ONLY AVAILABLE TO FULL TIME STUDENTS and the lease is for the academic year and will be directly with CODE.

If you are about to start in Coventry or are planning or just want an exceptional place to live from September then this could save you some money.

The room is on the 5th floor with a nice view over Coventry.
It is ensuite with your own kitchen/cooking facilities, includes all furniture including Fridge/freezer TV, Microwave. etc. and all rooms are refreshed at the end of each lease so it will be exactly the same as any other room you might rent in code - but with £400 deposit and the first 2 weeks rent paid (another £300).

All CODE residences include access to the buildings gym, all share areas including outdoor terrace, meeting/study rooms and dedicated Cinema room as well as ping pong tables etc.

SECURE PARKING is also available but is not included in this lease - you would need to speak to Code about this and they could add if needed.

All I will need to do is pass on the replacement tenants details and Code will arrange the rest - but as mentioned, you will not need to pay the deposit (and can keep that) and I will pay the first 2 weeks rent for you to sweeten the deal.

The property is Council Tax exempt.
