Albany Student Village, Coventry Area (Uni or JLR)

Hello,
Due to a disappointing result day I need to sell on my accomodation in Coventry Center at Albany Student Village.

This is only available to University Students or Apprentices.

I'm attempting to sell on the tenancy, I've already paid the £250 deposit necessary which you will be allowed to keep as a bonus.

The room is 412A with it being part of a 9 Room Cluster with 2 fridges and an oven on the 4th Floor. I know 1 flatmate is a Male and cannot say about the others for certain.

There is a waiting list for parking on-site you can ask to join however the accommodation will help provide parking in the surrounding area regardless.

I highly recommend using the virtual tour of the accommodation above, it only opened last year so it is newly built with facilities such as a Gym, Cinema, Electronically Locked Laundry and a Larger Kitchen/Dining Room you can book for special occasions.

There's a community space with Pool Tables alongside a Court to play sports. Please be aware the staff do try monitor noise to assure students can sleep if you are up late.

Staff have always responded quickly and effectively to me and my many questions. They will be happy to offer a tour if interested as they did for me.

Furthermore you have a Pub directly across the road that has been happy taking students. A wide range of supermarkets around the corner while living near the Centre.

By Bus it is 7 minutes away from Warwick University and 4 minutes from Coventry Uni. (More details of locations on website link)

Rent is £150 per week. But as mentioned before, the £250 deposit is already paid for. Utilities and Council Tax are all paid for in this bill. Willing to take offers if helpful.
