Standard Student accommodation - Coventry

I have decided I am no longer going to attend university because of personal reasons, I have a standard room in Apollo Works, one bedroom (3/4 double bed), ensuite bathroom and a shared kitchen with 4 other people, it's on the third floor. The kitchen/living room area also has a smart TV, which you can add your own Netlifx and Youtube accounts to!

The kitchen also has a vacuum, mop and bucket, an iron and ironing board to keep the space clean.

The bedroom has wardrobe space for clothes, a bedside table, a desk and shelf space to store everything and an electric heater.

There is a laundry room downstairs to wash and dry all your clothing, shops/take out places are nearby as well as being close to the university as well. You can easily get transport with the bus station being nearby. There is a outdoor courtyard and garden space, as well as a common room with a pool table, TV and board games available for all staying here.

The staff at Apollo works are friendly and very helpful if you ever have any complaints or questions about the place too!

The room is £4335 for 51 weeks or £85 a week, you can either pay all up front or a set amount every few months, this place is pretty cheap compared to the other student accommodations around here.

WIFI, electric and water bills are all included so you don't have to pay for them.

I've had a pretty good experience here at Apollo and became friends with previous flatmates, staff have always helped with any issues we have had and everything has been sorted quickly! Visitors are allowed!
