We are two Mechanical Engineering students looking to find another student for our spare room.

We are friendly and kind and laid back people who are open to discussion and any questions.

The available room has a small double bed, a large window overlooking a luscious variety of trees (The best view from the house), with a convenient wardrobe and modest desk. Additionally there is room for small negotiation on the lowering the price of the room.
