Very large flat with lots of space and storage available from October. The building is Grade II listed building with secure and ample parking to the rear with laundry facilities, garden access with excellent amenities close by.

Comprised of two floors, on the ground floor is a large shared living area and a shared kitchen. I already have two fridges (one fridge freezer) and a freezer with pantry shelving with lots of space for food and other items.
The second floor has two rooms with ensuite bathrooms and showers.

Your room will have storage, a double bed, and smart TV. Bills are inclusive to the rent as well as council tax and high speed (250mbps) internet. Rent is £550 per month.

The flat is furnished but open to alterations however you see fit. It is situated in a quiet area of Coventry with great links to bus stops, motorways and the train station.

Important notice:
I have a cat named Freddie who is spoilt rotten and is King of the flat. He is an indoor cat so should note that windows in the shared areas are to be kept closed at all times. Of course I handle his food, litter trays and play time, but he may end up making demands with you with meowing and acting cute, so please be prepared for that. Happy to discuss this more.

A little about me.
I keep to myself and am quite busy with work and gym. I work from home 4 days per week. I'm looking for someone who can promote a relaxing atmosphere, and is considerate to Freddie (the cat) and myself. Professionals would be preferred.
