This is a first floor, new and modern 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony and parking space located near Foleshill, easily accessible to Coventry city centre. It also benefits from a bus stop opposite the house,

The 2 rooms (entire flat) cannot be taken independently; they must be taken together so close friends or a couple are highly recommended. My current rent for the entire flat is £1075, hence pay no mind to the 1075 per room cost.

Frankly, this is a lovely flat and location and the only reason I'm leaving is that I got a senior role in another city and have to move in a month's time.
