AXO Student Accomodation

Hi there, this is a student Accomodatiom 5 mins walking distance from Coventry University. As I got a job in Birmingham I have to move there. I'm moving to Birmingham soon but my Student contract is available. I need someone to takeover my tenancy agreement. It's 10 mins walk to Coventry rail station and Coventry City centre. Also, 7 min walking to Coventry bus station. Don't worry about the flatmates they are very neat and clean. Moreover, there is a on site gym and Cinema room where you can chill your time. There will be a common room for our flat with private Television ( Netflix, YouTube included). You can park your Electric cycle with safe. Laundry room also available. All bills are included, moreover it will be safe to stay here because there is a security guard always in the ground floor. You can also bring your friends for weekend and for parties. In this accomodation there will be lot of parties happen every 15 days, you can find new friends and enjoy until you stay here.
