First and last month's rent are paid in advance of moving in, meaning for the last month of your tenancy you don't have to wait weeks for your deposit money to come back to you nor struggle to find payment for your new home when you move out (even though we'd love you to stay)

When you've chosen your favorite room, we ask for a holding deposit (equivalent of 1 week's rent) to allow for referencing and agreements. The property will not be offered to anyone else during this time. The holding deposit paid, will be deducted from your first month's rent.

If you do not pass credit checks you may need to pay upfront for your accommodation (6 months or 12 months)
