It is a very nice modern house with a nice gardens, the rooms are very spacious , TV’s in both rooms and also in the living room, fully furnished , all bills included. A gardener comes every month to trim the grass both in front of the property and the garden behind. The house is located in a nice neighbourhood, student friendly and a 10-15 min walk to Coventry uni but there’s a really close bus stop.
