I’m looking for a person to take over my contract/tenancy from 1st December 2024. It is a spacious double room. You can share room with a partner - or u can take it for single occupancy (single occupancy charges are different). Double and single occupancy details are as below.
Single occupancy : 480/- with same as deposit
Double occupancy: 580/- with same as deposit.
(Note : currently have a former roommate (male) to share room with. So the charges will be equally split.)
