Single studio near the city centre for students

This is collegiate's student accommodation in the city centre's Market Way, where the majority of tenants are current students at Coventry, Birmingham or Warwick universities. The accommodation is conveniently located next to the poundland, within five minutes of Marks and Spencer, Coventry market, post office, the high street, primark, lower precinct centre, west orchard shopping centre and a wide range of restaurants.

The type of accommodation I am currently living in is a single studio, on the second floor, which is recommended for one person. The rent is inclusive of all bills (current students need to provide a student status letter on the flat portal to get council tax relief). The room has an en-suite bathroom with hot water, a closet, a 24 hour uninterrupted fridge, induction hob, microwave as well as a spacious desk and a single bed. 10 minutes to Coventry University, 15 minutes to Coventry train station, 10 minutes to the bus terminal and Sainsbury's.

The weekly cost of the room was £99 when I moved in and the lease is valid until 2025，September. However, the actual price is based on the official contract.
