Looking for a Replacement for my Room

It is an en-suite Room in Calcott Ten, Coventry. The room is priced at only 95 pounds a week all bills included. There is a free gym and common areas for games and movie nights. The room is fully furnished has a double bed, a spacious desk, under the bed storage, a wardrobe, and additional shelves and drawers providing ample storage. and The kitchen and common areas are shared between 4 students only. The accommodation is only 5 mins from Coventry University and the nearest bus stop is only 4 mins away. Buses to warwick uni are frequent making it a great choice for students from both universities. This is a bustling place with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby and its only a 15 min walk away from the city centre. I am looking for female flatmates preferably to replace me. Earlier moving in dates can be negotiated.
