Rent includes non-optional professional cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas.

Tenants are still expected to clean up after themselves.

Rent for more than one person will be negotiable.

Amenities:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all utensils and gadgets available for free use.

Sitting Room: Features a TV with Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (please note, a TV licence is not included and would be your responsibility if required).

Bathroom: Shared with one other person and professionally cleaned weekly.

Parking: Off-road parking is always available.

Household Rules:

Maximum occupancy for this four-bedroom house is three people (or four if this room is shared by two). However, you will be sharing bathroom with only one other person as other rooms are ensuite!

Tenants are required to provide proof of employment or a reference along with one guarantor.
