Detached from the main property, this ground floor annex is perfect for a single person or couple looking for a reasonably priced home to call their own. It has an open plan kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom and small patio area that we are currently renovating. There is a brand new two seater rattan loveseat with a small table, and there will be a water fountain, freshly painted sage green walls, and beautiful plants.

The annex is furnished with the following appliances and pieces of furniture: cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, sofa bed, box shelves attached to the wall, breakfast bar and stools, bed, wardrobe and full length mirror. Please note that the living room draws seen in the photos are not included.

Tenant must be a dog lover as we have a dog who is wary of new people at first and will take some time to get used to you. Access to the property is via a side gate and through the main property’s garden, where our dog is regularly enjoying a snooze, a sniff or a play.

The rent is £850 per month with all bills included, including gas, water, electricity, internet/Wi-Fi, council tax, and home insurance. 1.5 months’ rent is required as a deposit up front (£1275). We would therefore need £2125 up front in total. On-street parking is available.
