Tenant must be a dog lover as I have a dog who is wary of new people at first and will take some time to get used to you. As my dog is not used to children, I unfortunately cannot accept anyone who has children, or will have children regularly visiting the property.

Free on-street parking is available.

6 month minimum contract and then 1 months notice will be needed.
