Furnished Studio close to all Amenities

We have a cosy private studio to rent that would suit a single person only, that is either working on a short or longer term contract or someone that works weekdays in the Coventry area. The house is about a mile and a half from Coventry city centre, just over a mile to Coventry University and on the bus route to UHCW. It's situated close to Willenhall, Cheylesmore and Stoke Aldermore and has a large ASDA and 24 hour McDonalds across the road. It is close to the A45 & A46. Leamington Spa and Kenilworth are just a short drive away.

The room has an en-suite and is furnished with a sofa bed with an additional foam mattress for comfort. It has a quirky extendable coffee table, drawers and hanging space for clothes and a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, slow cooker kettle and toaster and cutlery and crockery is included.

You can have access to the main house for laundry if you need it on a weekly basis. Laundry is done after midnight to get the most economical electricity rate but if you load it, I am happy to switch it on for you. Laundry includes washing and drying and you can collect it the next day.

Bills (ie electric and broadband) are included but with a fair usage expectation, so there may be a small additional charge if usage is excessive.

You will need to supply your own bedding and towels.

We have a small dog who you will meet occasionally so this will not suit you if you have a fear of dogs.

Smoking inside is not allowed although vaping may not be an issue.

There is on street parking available.
