Walking distance to Aldi & Morrison and coundon park . Easy access to the city which is always walkable in under 25 minutes.

The house one washroom and kitchen .I would prefer someone who is out working or studying during the day. This place is ideal for non smoker someone who wants to rest and relax after work, its not a really a place for socialising and having friends round. Due to overwhelming response on room i don’t have time for face-time or zoom calls so i am only interested in people who can come down and view face to face
