Double room available in Coventry

Hello! I'm a 29-year-old professional looking for a housemate to share my calm, friendly home. I'm quiet, tidy, and considerate, and I'm hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle — someone who enjoys a chat or evening hangout, but also values space and downtime.

I live with my dog, Guinness, who is shy at first but becomes very playful and affectionate once she gets to know you. She's allowed on the furniture and has access to the whole house, so a dog-friendly mindset is essential.

The available room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished at short notice if needed. It’s a spacious, light-filled room with a view of the garden. I'm flexible about personalising the space (painting walls, hanging shelves etc.) — just ask first!

The house has a bath-shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. Plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans etc. are available to be used, but there’s plenty of space to bring your own if you prefer.

The living room is currently a work in progress — I’ve just moved in and will be upgrading the furniture soon to make it a more comfortable space. I don’t currently have a TV, but if you’d like to bring one we can absolutely make space for it.

Rent includes all bills — electricity, gas, water, wifi, and council tax — so there are no hidden extras.

I’m especially open to someone who works from home and would be happy to keep Guinness company during the day while I’m at work — I’d consider a rent discount in return.
