Hello! We’re a friendly family-managed household (me, my mum & brother) with three rooms available newly refurbished and extended home in CV2 1HX.

The house is relaxed, clean and sociable-but-respectful ideal if you want a calm base with a proper kitchen, living room and a little garden to enjoy.

It also has 0 occupants so we set the culture with you taken into mind if we get requests for female only households we are more than happy to accommodate for yourselves.

WiFi speeds up to 500mbs fibre optic so you'd never have to worry about WiFi and constant maintainace done

Rooms & prices (single occupancy)

Large double — £650 pcm (first photo). Bright room, great floor space.

Comfy double — £600 pcm. Quiet and cosy.

Single room — £475 pcm. Photo shows the piano; a single bed will be provided and the room set up before move-in.

Big kitchen-diner with oven/hob, washing machine and plenty of worktop space.

Separate lounge with sofa & TV — nice for a cuppa after work.

Front garden adds a welcoming entrance and a bit of greenery.

Spacious back garden with deck and seating area, plus extra space for drying laundry or enjoying the outdoors.

2 Toilets and 1 Bathroom shared; regular cleaning rota to keep things nice every 2 weeks.

For three rooms 2 toilets and 1 bathroom is amazing!

About us & who will fit in

We’re down-to-earth, clean and considerate. If you’re reliable with a stable income, tidy in shared areas and like a peaceful home, you’ll fit right in.

No references needed. We prefer a friendly meet-and-greet, quick look round and a simple affordability check.

Standard Right to Rent ID check (UK requirement) and first month’s rent prior to keys.
