A bright and comfortable space with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. (Note: The current king-size bed will be replaced with a new double bed to create a more open feel.)

2. Double Room (set up with a single bed) – £365 pcm
Cosy and versatile, with a peaceful garden view. Perfect for someone who enjoys a simpler, low-maintenance setup while still having a comfortable space.

Shared between 3 housemates – approx. £125 pp/month, depending on usage.
