First Floor:
One bedroom with a double bed.
Second bedroom is vacant. Landlord's room but Landlord is never there. So you can use as study room if needed.
One bathroom with bath tub, towels, shampoo, body lotion and shower gel.

Second floor:
Double room with it's own bathroom. Comes with walk in closet. Spacious for all your convenience.

Beautifully designed and modern house (2005 build). Free parking for 2 cars, quiet location.

Ground Floor:
Living room, dining space, and separate kitchen all on the ground floor. WC available on this floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances - Brand new Bosch hob and oven, new fridge/freezer, new dishwasher, new washing machine.

Complimentary tea/coffee. The Living room is cozy with a 43 inch TV. Free, fast Wi-Fi.

Ironing board and iron available.

All spaces are well cleaned and maintained.

To maintain cleanliness, please use the foot mats provided at the entrance.
Store your shoes on the rack provided. Use the house slippers/sliders provided. They are comfy and can be used on the carpets.
External shoes are not to be used on the carpets.
