Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room at Queen's Park House due to personal reasons. It is a 15-minute walk to Coventry University and about a 5-minute walk to the shopping centre with Aldi, Poundland and Boots.

My room is located on the first floor in a flat shared by six students. It features a cosy bed, a long, spacious desk, and drawers and shelves to store your belongings. It also has an en-suite bathroom, with a tidy and clean shower room, toilet, and basin.

The large and clean kitchen is more than enough for six people to share. It has two fridge-freezers, cooking hobs, a big table and plenty of cabinets.

You'll also have nice and caring 5 flatmates, most of whom are postgraduate students.

It covers all living costs, including heating, energy, water, electricity and high-speed broadband. Of course you don't have to pay council tax as it's a student accommodation :)

If you're a Coventry or Warwick University student, and especially if you want a flat for postgraduates, I believe this is the best choice for you.
