Double En-Suite Bedroom in a new build flat

My partner and I are letting out a double bedroom with an en-suite in our 2-bedroom ground floor apartment.

✨ The apartment
Located in Paragon Park (CV6), it's within a short distance (1.5 miles) from the city centre. There's also a bus stop nearby.

We're happy to share kitchen utensils, cookware, the cutlery etc., so if you don't have your own yet, you'll be covered! :)

We get our groceries delivered weekly and you'd be welcome to join in with your order if you like.

You'll be able to lock the bedroom with a key.

There's also an assigned parking spot, so you could use it if you have a car.

The rent (£600) covers all bills, including the broadband (250 Mbps).

✨ About us
We both work from home and spend a lot of time in the other bedroom/office.

We travel often as well (last year we went away for about 3 weeks for Christmas!), so it'd be ideal for someone who is okay with being on their own.
