Hi, I have a double bedroom with parking available which is located 10 minutes from both Coventry city centre and Warwick Uni.

Includes all bills, wifi and use of washing machine. Bedroom includes a double bed with built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Also happy to share use of the third bedroom office (pictured) on days I’m not using it.

Share of well-equipped kitchen, with a separate living area for yourself (pictured) and downstairs toilet + garden. Upstairs bathroom has both shower and bath

As a live-in landlord, I'm looking for a quiet and tidy professional or student.
