Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Student Unite Queen’s Park House.
The move-in date is flexible - any time from now until early/mid November possibly. The contract runs until May 2nd, 2026, with the option to extend afterward.
The building offers 24/7 front desk service, as well as washing machines and dryers, which can be booked via app or directly on-site. The common room regularly hosts international student events, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
The room is on the second floor and is an en-suite, featuring a private bathroom with shower. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, water boiler, and a new fridge.
