It's very clean and new. The lease ends on August 29, 2026. The room is on the 14th floor and faces the street, offering a great view with large floor-to-ceiling windows and is not on the courtyard side, so it's very quiet. There's a Tesco Express right downstairs, making shopping very convenient. It's a five-minute walk to Pool Meadow bus station, where you can take a direct bus to the University of Warwick. The Coventry University student accommodation is right across from the apartment. It's a ten-minute walk to the city center, where you'll find M&S, Sainsbury's, Coventry Market, and more. The apartment has a shared gym, dining area, study area, and more. Short-term rentals are not accepted.
