Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my Deluxe Studio at CODE Students, Fairfax Street (Coventry), starting 21st October.

It’s a private studio with your own kitchen + ensuite bathroom in a modern student building just a 2-minute walk from Pool Meadow Bus Station and super close to Coventry University. There are also direct buses to Warwick University outside.

Rent & Contract

£164 per week
Some bills included (water, Wi-Fi). Electricity to be paid
Private studio – not shared
Available from: Immediate
Contract is the standard CODE tenancy (you’ll just replace me)
