One bedroom to rent in a shared house.

Property is conveniently located in the heart of Coventry city centre, 1 minute walk from Coventry university and a 5 minute walk from the bus station.

There’s 3 bedrooms, one shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with all the key appliances (laundry washer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, and coffee machine). There is also space to lock your bike in a shed in a shared backyard.

We’re looking for a clean and tidy student or working professional to take the remaining bedroom in a 3 bedroom house share. Women preferred, as we currently have 1 woman and 1 man living in the house.

All bills included (even council tax), except for Wi-Fi, but there’s the option to split costs with existing tenants for £15 per month.

We do have a 4-month kitten that hangs out in our living room. He’s friendly and full of energy, and he will try to get your attention and chase you to play with him.

We have a cleaning rota, where we take turns cleaning the shared spaces each week.

We’re looking for someone who can fit into that routine and help maintain the place reasonably clean.

It is a live-out landlord, and the bedroom will be available from the 25th of November onwards.

Deposit is £450.
