En-Suite room takeover at Albany Student Village

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Albany Student Village in Coventry. It's an ensuite room for £160 per week, and it's in Block C, 4th floor. The contract end date is July 18, 2026.

it's only a very short bus or cycle to the University of Warwick as well as to Coventry University. My flatmates are very friendly, responsible, organized, and tidy. I can introduce you to them if you want to.
