🙏 One large double bedroom is available for singles or couples in a shared three-bedroom house. The house includes a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and is fully furnished.
Availability starts on 31st March 2026. The house is located in Canley, Coventry (CV4 8FS), just a 10 to 15-minute walk from Warwick University. There is also a bus stop right outside, and a surgery, pharmacy, and grocery shop are all within a 5-minute walking distance.

The rent is £500 per month per room, per person, which includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, and council tax). If two friends or a couple wishes to rent one room, the cost will be £750 per month for both, which also includes all bills. This amount is negotiable based on the application.
