A bright and comfortable double room available in a friendly shared house. The room is well-sized and has easy access to a shared bathroom located next door, which includes a shower/bath and is shared with just one other person.

Room details:
The current occupant will be taking the bed, chest of drawers and TV. A wardrobe and TV wall bracket will remain in the room. There is ample space for a double bed, chest of drawers or a desk, plus additional storage, making it easy to set the room up to suit your needs.

Rent includes all bills, including a cleaner who attends a couple of times per month, so there are no extra costs to worry about. Should bills increase it would be split evenly between occupants.

The house offers a relaxed and sociable atmosphere while still providing plenty of space and privacy. Ideally suited to someone who is clean, respectful, and easy-going.

We would ideally like someone of a similar age to us (29–30), but would consider outside of this range for the right person.
We would prefer a non-smoker, though this is flexible for the right fit.

The house is kept to a respectable level of cleanliness. Any shared spaces used must be left clean and ready for the next person. If this standard isn’t maintained, it won’t be a suitable household fit.
