En-Suite Single Bedroom For Studnets

1 flatmate needed for en-suite bedroom. Common area: kitchen and living room only shared among 2 people. 5 mins walk to train station, bus stop and retail park, only 20 mins bus ride to warwick uni campus . I am a 2nd year student studying in warwick uni, have rather less contact hours and spend most of the time out of campus at home. I rarely have friends over for parties but I don't mind if you bring people over as long as they don't stay overnight and you clean up the flat right after. I cook on my own most of the time. Basic electronic applicances are included: fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. One parking bay is provided.
