Student accommodation tenancy take over

Looking for current students or recent graduates ( female)to take over my tenancy at millennium view student accommodation, available from April 3rd till June 12th, with an option to extend rent further with the accommodation if interested. ( price is negotiable if staying till June 12th as low as 85/ week )

No council tax ,all bills included , free wifi and also gym available downstairs . Have 24 hour security , bike storage facility , laundry machines , gaming area, study room and cinema room

It’s a female only flat where all flatmates are female but male guests are allowed as per accommodation policy . Have a huge kitchen , two brand new fridge in the common kitchen, flat on 6th floor right opposite to the lift.

Exactly in city center, opposite to Coventry transport museum, 24 hour nisa downstairs and opposite to sainsbury and pool meadow bus station. 5 mins walk from Coventry university .
