Looking for someone to rent my room : takeovever

Hello guys !! I am currently moving from my room in Coventry because I finished my classes ! I am looking for someone to replace me. The room is very nice with a big desk ! The closet is big. It is ensuite and the bills are all included (internet, water, electricity). I talked to the management team of the residence and I’ll be taking care of the takeover with them. The shared spaces include a very kitchen : with an oven ; a microwave ; a big fridge and freezer. The residence is close to the city center and the bus station is just 3 minutes by walk away.
