Vita Studio | High Floor | All Bills Inc

I am urgently looking for someone to take over my Classic Studio at Vita Copper Towers in Coventry. This will be an official contract transfer through Vita, so the process is completely safe and secure.
The studio is located on the 5th floor, making it bright, quiet, and comfortable to live in. It features large floor-to-ceiling windows, which bring in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view. The room is spacious and modern, with a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a study desk, and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, and air fryer, and there is also a smart TV with screen casting.
The building offers excellent facilities, including free weekday breakfast, a 24/7 coffee machine, a free gym that is open at all times, study rooms, social spaces, and a 24-hour reception for security and parcel collection. In addition, free room cleaning is provided once every two weeks, which can be booked in advance through the Vita website. If there are any issues with the room or facilities, maintenance requests can also be submitted online, and professional staff will come to fix them promptly.
The location is very convenient. It is only a 4-minute walk to Coventry Rail Station, with direct bus access to University of Warwick in around 15 minutes. The accommodation is in the city center, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.
The official contract price is £250 per week. However, I am offering a £50 per week cashback, which means your effective rent is only £200 per week. The contract will still be signed at £250 per week with Vita, and I will cover the £50 difference privately. I am happy to discuss flexible arrangements to make this easy and reliable.
The tenancy period is from 13 June 2026 to 29 August 2026. Although this period covers 10 weeks, I will only charge for 9 weeks, which is equivalent to one week free.
All bills are included, and the accommodation is for students only. This is a very good deal compared to booking directly, and I am looking for someone who can take over as soon as possible.
