The space:

A double room in a 2 bedroom flat is available to rent from 1st October 2026. The room has a desk and chair as well as a large set of drawers and some shelves. There is also an adjacent storage room for suitcases etc.

The flat has 2 floors, with a bright and airy open living space and kitchen upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave and kettle, with plenty of fridge/freezer space. There is a washer/dryer downstairs and a shared bathroom with a shower

Location:

The flat is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and there's the canal right round the back of the building

Who we are looking for:

The space will be shared with only one other flatmate (me!), who is a PhD student. I would ideally like to find a mature student/postgrad/professional to take this room, but I'm also pretty flexible! If you're interested in the room, drop me a message and we can organise a time to chat :)

This flat is rented by Vesta Properties. They would require you to undergo a simple referencing process before signing a joint contract with the existing tenant

There is one allocated parking spot for the flat which I am currently using. There is also guest parking around the building and some free on street parking nearby.
