I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at CODE Coventry. I was originally planning to attend University of Warwick in September 2026, but due to a change in circumstances, I will no longer be attending and therefore no longer require the accommodation.
The tenancy is for a Deluxe Studio apartment, which offers complete privacy with your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Further details are outlined below.
Tenancy dates:
12 September 2026 to 3 September 2027
(Flexible. If you are looking for a shorter stay, for example 10 months, I am willing to cover the difference.)
Rent:
£175.49 per week, with all bills included.
The accommodation is in an excellent city centre location, just a short walk from Coventry University. It is next to Pool Meadow Bus Station, with direct links across Coventry and to the University of Warwick, and is within easy reach of Coventry Train Station. Shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and the Lower Precinct Shopping Centre are all close by.
Residents also benefit from excellent on-site facilities, including:
- Fully equipped gym
- Dedicated study spaces
- Cinema room
- Social areas
- 24/7 security
