The area is a friendly neighbourhood. The house comprises of a large living room including a dining area, a new, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom downstairs with new power shower and toilet upstairs, gas central heating and double glazing. Internet broadband is available. There is a medium sized low maintenance garden at the back. The current household is made up of two professional females aged 22 to 27.
