Studio Burnsall House - Lease Replacement Needed

Hi, I have a studio available at Burnsall House in Canley (easy access to Warwick, Leamington and Coventry) with the tenancy period 12/09/2026 to 03/09/2027.

Looking for a student to take over the lease at any point this year (earlier the better) and I would be happy to cover the initial deposit for you and subsidise the monthly rent.
