Help needed! Take over my tenancy contract

I'm no longer a student at Warwick, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract at iQ Student Accommodation, Longwood Place, it's currently fully sold out!

Room type: Bronze Studio including:
Small double bed with underbed storage
Private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, mirror)
Private kitchen (fridge/freezer, combi microwave, hob, dining area)
Study area, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, and noticeboard

Tenancy period: 12/09/2026 – 24/07/2027 (45 weeks)
Weekly rent: £259.00
Total rent payable: £11,655.00
Booking fee: £175.00 (already covered by me)

Building facilities: on-site gym, games/arcade area, karaoke room, TV lounge, private dining room, and study spaces. All bills and WiFi included.

Location: ~15-minute walk to the University of Warwick.
