The Council tax is included in the price making it stress free and economical for you as it’s a very expensive cost when living on your own.

There are two bikes to use if you fancy a ride in the countryside or local canals to some very good canal pubs.

The room is a proper large double (not a cramped room that you find in many places) fully furnished with Bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of draws, bedside cabinet, table lamps, etc).
The house is large enough to offer privacy and friendly enough to give company should you wish.

We don’t charge any agency or admin fees, everything is transparent and just the Deposit and rent is all we will ask for. We also provide weekly cleaning service in the communal areas so all you have to do is look after yourself and tidy up after you.
