Double room in a quite family home

I am looking for a lodger that is quite and tidy. The area is quite with good transport links. The room for rent has a double bed, furniture and comes with a tv with integral dvd player. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower and a shared kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Smoking is not allowed in the house. If you are interested, please text me to view the room.
