The house is within walking distance of Walsgrave Hospital, Walsgrave Triangle, Tesco's Arena, Prologis Park and Galagar Retail park. There are bus stops to all of these locations and the city centre. As soon as you visit the house I'm confident that you will be impressed. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful.

I consider myself as being an easy going, fun, tidy and professional.

The room is fully decorated, with new furniture and bedding, a large comfortable double bed, new soft carpet and wall decoration. The house comprises a large kitchen, lounge, utility room and two toilets.

All bills are included including Council Tax, TV Licence, Sky TV, electricity, Water rates, Telephone line and broadband wireless internet.

The room is £320 per month. Remember that the location of the house would probably not suit those working in the south of the city (ie. near the university). The room is available now. Please contact to arrange a viewing.
