This 4-bedroom house is ideal for students from the University of Warwick. There is a bus service (2 minutes walk away from the house) between the house and the campus. There are also some shops nearby. The university is roughly 10 minutes away by bike, while by bus (student discount available) would take approximately 5 minutes.
You will be living with 3 students, all of which are from the University of Warwick, which leaves 1 single bedroom to rent. Fibre broadband and water bills are included.
