I am looking for a tenant who is a professional working temporarily in the area or a person that would like to stay number of nights a week on a regular/semi regular basis.

Good transport links to the M6 motorway and A46. Very close to University Hospital.

You would be living in the property on your own but I would come and do the gardening/pick up things as and when required.

Please note I am happy to discuss rent/bills depending on the term of your stay/no. of nights.
