I have a spacious double room available within a very comfortable, cosy home. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table and large double wardrobe.
Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the room.

The room is ready for you to move straight into with bills included and free wi-fi broadband included.

The kitchen is well equipped with american style fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Plates, pots and pans also available to use.

The bathroom is newly fitted and shared with only 1 other person.

Only a short walk to town centre, train station, convenience stores plus other local facilities.

Easy access to A46, A45, M1 and M40

Happy to accommodate Mon-Fri tenants too.
Couples combined monthly rent is £600.
